Current ventures and previous enterprises that have shaped my approach to governance, systems design, and operational resilience.

My work spans regional enterprise, digital media, operational businesses, and regulated environments. Across each venture, the focus remains consistent: structured growth, disciplined execution, and long-term sustainability.

Shoptalk – Bay of Plenty

Shoptalk is a digital advertising network supporting local businesses through in-store digital media placement.

In the Bay of Plenty region, I oversee the development and management of a growing screen network across retail and community venues. This includes host partnerships, advertiser acquisition, network expansion, and regional commercial strategy.

The focus is practical — connecting small and medium-sized enterprises with customers at point of presence through targeted, high-frequency visibility.

Bay Topsoil Limited

Bay Topsoil is a regional supplier of landscaping materials servicing residential, trade, and commercial clients across the Bay of Plenty.

As Director, I oversee financial systems, operational processes, supplier relationships, fleet coordination, compliance, and commercial planning within a logistics-driven operating environment.

The business reinforces core commercial fundamentals: asset management, cashflow discipline, and operational resilience.

Digital Systems & Media Production

Alongside commercial leadership roles, I have maintained hands-on involvement in digital systems, web infrastructure, and media production.

This has included website architecture, content system development, hosting environments, and small-scale studio production.

These technical foundations support a systems-oriented approach to governance, communications, and operational design.

Earlier Ventures

Earlier ventures included website development and event management businesses focused on digital infrastructure, systems implementation, logistics coordination, and operational planning.

These roles strengthened practical capabilities in technology deployment, risk assessment, structured execution, and operational management.
